I started this blog because I was exactly where you might be right now — searching for real answers about protein intake, belly fat, morning workouts, gut health, and everything in between. I tried every trending diet, every "30-day challenge," and spent way too much money on products that promised miracles and delivered nothing.
Then I started doing my own research. Testing things on myself. Tracking what actually worked. And I realized something important: most fitness advice online is not designed for women — it's designed for everyone, which means it works for almost no one.
